Privacy Policy and Legal Notice
This page explains who is responsible for this website and how we process the personal data you share with us through the enquiry form or the Website Planner.
Privacy Policy
The data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
VebricoVebrico Digital GmbH
Friedrichstraße 114A, 10117 Berlin, Germany
Purpose of processing
We process this data only to review and reply to your written enquiry.
Legal basis
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your enquiry) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse).
What data we process
When you use the enquiry form or the Website Planner, we process the details you enter (e.g. name, email address, project description) along with technical data needed to prevent abuse (e.g. IP address, request timestamp). This data is sent by email to our team and used there solely to handle your enquiry.
Retention period
Enquiry and review submissions are retained for 12 months from receipt, then permanently deleted; earlier erasure is available on request via the privacy contact listed on this website.
Abuse protection
Honeypot field, per-IP rate limiting, and duplicate-submission locking enforced before any enquiry reaches storage or mail delivery.
Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted on Vercel; incoming requests are delivered by email through Resend, and technical safeguards (rate limiting, duplicate detection) use a Redis-compatible service from Upstash. These providers process data on our behalf as processors, and only for the purposes described here.
Analytics (Google Analytics)
This website does not currently use any analytics or tracking services. No analytics cookies are set.
Live chat (Crisp)
We use Crisp for the live chat on this website. Crisp only loads after you accept the cookie notice; without your consent, no chat script is loaded and no connection to Crisp is made.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
